On the recommendation of a friend, I began using Willowrun Veterinary Hospital for the care of my cats. All of the staff are friendly, inviting and personable. I have seen both doctors and each of them have gone out of their way to explain to me my pet's health, what lab results mean, and have been compassionate and understanding. The doctors are absolutely amazing with shy and scared cats by making them feel safe, calm and right at home.
From out of town and used Urgent Care. Employees were nice and were eager to take factual information to give the vet the “whole” picture. The vet spent extra time to make sure she addressed all of my concerns so that I could make a decision for next steps for my 16yo dog. I did not have to wait long for test to be run and information provided. I feel very confident with the decision I made after discussing with the vet. Beautiful office and very clean.
Same day appointment with Urgent Care. They were 100% accommodating to our situation. Dr. Hammond was amazing with our dog (as usual)! He gave us multiple treatment options & was considerate of the financial aspect. His passion for caring for animals is obvious & absolutely amazing! Even with severe pain & mobility issues, he had our furbaby giving kisses & wagging tail💜 The best staff & facility around. We can't thank you guys enough!!!
All of the staff at Willowrun are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ellis is amazing and a very good veterinarian and I can tell she truly cares about my dog. She always does a very thorough exam and addresses all of my questions and concerns and it never feels rushed. They always take good care of us at Willowrun. Prices are a bit higher than some other offices in the area but i believe it is justified based on the quality of service they provide.
