Appointment Policy
Our day-to-day operations are coordinated by scheduled appointments. Our office staff can help you to select a time that is convenient for your schedule within our normal business hours. Please call in advance!
If you experience an emergency outside of these listed times, please immediately contact our recommended emergency service, Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital. They are able to provide 24/7 emergency care.

Waiting Room Policy
We ask that all pet patients awaiting their appointments in our office are restrained. Dogs should arrive leashed and cats should be in an appropriately-sized crate. Keeping pets under control in the waiting room will keep everyone at our facility safe and prevent disturbances to other guests.
Payment Policy
In order to provide the most advanced scientific veterinary medicine to our clients, we must ask that all payments are made in full at the time services are rendered.

We will be unable to accept out-of-state checks without ID, and we do not accept personal checks.

Pharmacy Return Policy
For the safety of our patients, we do not accept returns on medications once they have left our hospital. This policy ensures the integrity and effectiveness of all medications dispensed.
