Hospital Policies

To provide services to our clients in a comfortable and efficient setting, we have incorporated some hospital policies into our practice. Please read and honor the following policies, because they allow our hospital environment to thrive.

 

Appointments

Our day-to-day operations are coordinated by scheduled appointments. Our office staff can help you to select a time that is convenient for your schedule within our normal business hours. Please call in advance!

If you experience an emergency after our regular business hours, please contact Eastern Carolina Veterinary Emergency Treatment Center. ECVETS is able to provide 24/7 service on holidays and weekends. On weeknights, ECVETS is open from 6PM - 8AM.

Waiting Room Policies

We ask that all pet patients awaiting their appointments in our office are restrained. Dogs should arrive leashed and cats should be in an appropriately-sized crate. Keeping pets under control in the waiting room will keep everyone at our facility safe and prevent disturbances to other guests.

 

Payment Policy

In order to provide the most advanced scientific veterinary medicine to our clients, we must ask that all payments are made in full at the time services are rendered.

We accept cash and major credit cards. We will be unable to accept out-of-state checks with no ID.

We would be happy to offer an estimate in advance of the appointment so you can budget.
